Family Nutrition Program (FNP) teaches and promotes safe and healthy eating for food-stamp eligible families. The program focuses on:
- nutrition,
- menu planning,
- fitness,
- food safety,
- and food budgeting.
FNP information and workshops are available at food pantries, WIC, public aid offices, schools, homeless shelters, and the Extension Office.
Program information is provided through monthly newsletters, presentations, displays, cooking demonstrations, and activities for youth and adults. Our staff provides programming in English and Spanish.
