4-H Alumni Award Application This form is for nominating 4-H alumni who have made significant contributions to the Kane County 4-H program. A local 4-H Club, County 4-H Council, County Extension office or any interested individual may nominate a person, business or other organization for this recognition. 4-H IEC Electricity Award Application The Illinois electrification Council offers a Plaque to the outstanding 4-H'er in the Electricity project in each county each year. All 4-H'ers enrolled in the 4-H Electricity Project are eligible to apply. One plaque is awarded in each county. (You may only receive this award once.)Deadline: 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 12.

Kane County 4-H Top Teen Application Application for Kane County 4-H Top Teen Award. Applicants must be at least 14 years of age as of September 1, 2007 to apply. Deadline: 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 12.
My 4-H Cloverbud Story - Level 1 Report form for 1st year Cloverbud members. To be eligible to receive a Cloverbud ribbon, Cloverbuds should complete this form and return it to their club leader no later than September 5, 2008.
