What are the skills and behaviors that children will need to succeed in tomorrow's work world? In many communities throughout the nation, workforce preparation is a major concern. The Wild Over Work curriculum is designed to help volunteers and teachers introduce youth in grades K - 6 to skills and behaviors which will be needed in the workforce of the future. The instructional materials include hands-on experiential activities in career exploration and skill development. The 100 pages in the Helper's Guide packet contain background information for the helper as well as developmentally appropriate activities for youth. The guide is organized around three related themes: Work Around Me, Work in My Community, and Work in My Future.
