If assistance is needed to attend a program please fill out the application for program fee waiver form and return to the Jo-Carroll Extension Unit at least 10 days prior to the program. Waivers are limited to two requests per program year by a participant. All waivers will be reviewed by the Jo-Carroll Unit Director and program area staff.
