4-H Clubs

Carroll County 4-H is available to all youth ages 8 - 18, developmentally disabled adults and cloverbuds ages 5- 7. These are the 4-H clubs active in Carroll County. To find out more about these clubs or forming your own 4-H club, contact the Carroll County Extension Office.

Community Club

  • Carroll County Kids
    Meets the 3rd Thursday at 3:45 p.m.in Mt. Carroll.

  • Chadwick Achievers
    Meets the 1st Wednesday at 7:00p.m. in Chadwick.

  • Clever Clovers
    Meets the 3rd Monday at 7:00p.m. in Lanark.

  • Milledgeville Hotshots
    Meets the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00p.m. in Milledgeville.

  • Savanna Smiles
    Meets the 2nd Sunday at 2:30p.m. in Savanna.

  • Thomson Sandburr's
    Meets the 2nd Tuesday at 6:00p.m. in Thomson.

Special Interest ages 5-7

  • Cloverbud"E's"
    Meets the 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in Mt. Carroll.

Special Interest Disabled Adult Group

  • Lanark Lightning Bugs

Special Interest Horse Club

  • Boots'N Spurs
    Meets every Friday night October-May.

Special Interest Jr. Master Gardener School Club

  • Bugs N Buds
    Meets after school in Shannon.
