This program is designed to encourage students to wash their hands more often and more efficiently. It is well known that frequent handwashing helps to prevent the spread of colds and flu. Clean hands are also critical in preventing the spread of organisms that can contaminate food, making it potentially unsafe to eat.
Students will:
-
Learn when it is necessary to wash their hands.
-
Identify where germs can hide.
-
Learn about some foodborne illnesses.
-
Discover the key to proper handwashing.
