Paperwork—Everyone hates paperwork, but there is always someone needing a report or proof you accomplished what you indicated on a scholarship application and/or job application.

In an effort to get all 4-H members in the habit of keeping track of your 4-H activities and accomplishments we require members to complete a project form for each project. This includes livestock projects.

We ask that you complete at least 3 activities from your book or associated with your project and record what you have learned. These forms should accompany each project to the fair. At the conclusion of the fair, simply complete the form with the honor member form which will be mailed to each member after the fair,

Return the completed records to your leader by August 17 for review and award selection. Awards will be presented during the awards banquet November 6.
