Jasper County 4-H clubs are GREAT at assisting and working the food stand throughout the fair, but there is planning to make sure the food stand runs efficiently.

With limited Extension Staff extra help is needed to manage the food stand.

It would be GREATLY appreciated if volunteers would take on the management responsibility a day at a time.

Food Stand management duties would entail making sure there are appropriate supplies for the day, and answer the questions and give direction to the clubs coming in to work each shift.

I would like to have assistance setting up the food stand for the following dates:

June 17—18; June 20—21; June 22—23; June 23—24; June 25—26

If 5-10 could volunteer to assist with these duties the responsibilities could be spread out so no individual would have all the work to do give Connie a call before she contacts you.

To review specific duties and schedules those helping will meet Wednesday, June 17 at 6 p.m. at the fairgrounds.
