Members should have received their entry information during a club meeting or in the mail earlier this month. If you did not receive an entry form please call the office at 783-2521 as soon as possible. These entries reflect all the information that will be used throughout the 4-H shows and if there is a mistake or you did not receive an entry that may reflect a problem with our entry process.

If you enrolled in a project that you will not be bringing to show, your entry form should reflect that information also. This will allow us to adjust the number of judges needed for the judging process.

Please don't forget to return the forms to the Extension Office to assist the smooth running of all the 4-H Shows. Entry forms will be accepted beginning June 8, please return the forms to the Jasper County Extension Office as soon as possible, and no later than June 12.
