4-H Expansion and Review Committee Member The purpose of a 4-H Expansion and Review Committee member is to expand the opportunities to all youth and volunteers in the Extension Unit. One-third of committee members should be youth and the committee should be representative of the county population.
4-H Club Organizational Leader Provides leadership to a group of youth 8-18 years of age and delivers educational opportunities through 4-H curriculum.
