Interactive marketing tool for any business in the food chain. This includes the suppliers (producers) processors, retailers, wholesalers, and farmers markets.

Agricultural Marketing Service, USDA
The Agricultural Marketing Service includes six commodity programs--Cotton, Dairy, Fruit and Vegetable, Livestock and Seed, Poultry, and Tobacco. The programs employ specialists who provide standardization, grading and market news services for those commodities.

Agricultural Research Service
The main in-house research arm for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Chicago Board of Trade
This site provides market information, quotes, and a knowledge center that has information on how futures and futures options can be used to hedge or to speculate. Grain and oilseed futures contracts are traded here.

Illinois Product Logo Program
The Illinois Department of Agriculture's (IDOA) ILLINOIS PRODUCT logo program helps consumers identify and purchase Illinois food and agribusiness products. Participants are encouraged to help promote the idea of "Illinois Products" but are under no obligation to use the logo on their packaging or promotional items.

International Marketing, IL Dept. of Agriculture
Provides export and promotional assistance by introducing Illinois food and agribusiness companies to the global market through arranging trade shows, forwarding trade leads, coordinating tours and international missions.
