Farm Doc The farmdoc website provides Illinois farmers with comprehensive and integrated risk management information and analysis. Publications, decision tools and databases related to a variety of risk management issues are found throughout the site. Subject matter sections cover finance, marketing and outlook, management, law and taxation, and policy.

Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs (IIRA) Located at Western Illinois University, the Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs is designed to improve the quality of life in rural areas by developing public-private partnerships with local agencies on small business development and community development projects in rural areas. The Institute works on projects including rural economic and community development (including value-added agriculture), health care, education, public transportation, public management policies, housing, and technology.
Natural Resource Conservation Service The Natural Resources Conservation Service provides leadership in a partnership effort to help people conserve, maintain, and improve our natural resources and environment.
Rural Route 2 The Rural Route 2 service is designed to help farm families get through tough times. This confidential service provides referrals for farm business and family financial advice; helps manage economic as well as personal situations; helps locate local support; and identifies assistance through the Illinois Farm Development Authority.
