Most award applications are due the end of August. Watch the 4-H Clover Update or check back here for a specific date as the time approaches.

• 4-H "I DARE You" Award
  
  
• 4-H Key Award
  New this year. For members age 16-18 who have displayed outstanding leadership, community service, and mentoring during their 4-H involvement.
  
  
• Club Scrapbook
  It's not too early to start working on your club scrapbook. Don't wait 'til the last minute! Refer to this scoresheet to know what the judges will be looking for.
  
  
• EEC Electricity Award
  
  
• Illinois 4-H Club/Group Award
  Type-in format. This report is due in the Henderson County Extension Office on August 10, 2009.
  
  
• My 4-H Activities
  Throughout the year, use this form to record activities not related to your 4-H projects. It will be helpful when it comes time to fill out award applications.
  
  
• Standards of Excellence for 4-H Clubs
  Fourteen standards check-list for Award of Excellence Patch. Due September, 2009.
