Family Nutrition Program (FNP)
The University of Illinois Extension Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program (FSNEP) promotes safe and healthy eating by providing nutrition education programs and materials for Food Stamp eligible residents of Henry, Stark and 89 other Illinois counties.

Henry County Ag Literacy Program
Our mission is to make sure that youth who grow up in Henry County know where milk, meat, and other basic food products come from. This basic knowledge of Agriculture will be important for them as they grow up and have the opportunity to make policy decisions that affect production agriculture.

Master Gardeners
Henry-Stark Master Gardeners have the opportunity to expand their knowledge base by participating in educational programs designed specifically for Master Gardeners in training or active Master Gardeners provided by the University of Illinois specialists and educators. In exchange for the training, Master Gardeners in Henry and Stark Counties volunteer their time to help homeowners and gardeners as well as their community.
