Herbed Tomato Salad

  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon fresh or dried basil
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
  1. Slice or dice unpeeled tomatoes.
  2. Mix lightly with remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill until served.
