- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon fresh or dried basil
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- Slice or dice unpeeled tomatoes.
- Mix lightly with remaining ingredients.
- Chill until served.
