  Each 4-H Club that does a community service project or does a fund raising project will need to file this form with the Extension office first.

  If you would like to use the Saline County 4-H Float in any parade just fill out this application.
  
  
• Saline County Community Service Report
  If your club is doing a community service project, be sure to return this form to the Extension office.
  
  
• Saline County Livestock Tattoo Numbers
  All livestock tattoo numbers are due into the Extension office by May 15.
  
  
• Saline County Small Pet Form
  If you are going to be showing at the Small Pet Show please fill out this form. Deadline is June 15.
  
  
• Saline County Visual Arts Form
  You can show only 1 item in each category for Visual Arts.
