  • 620 seniors continued learning about nutrition.
  • 1,238 adults increased their capacity to create nutritious meals on a limited budget through community seminars.
  • Dining with Diabetes, a three-part series for individuals with diabetes or those that cook for them, was presented by Extension educators to 47 individuals at the Cuba Senior Center.
  • Two Master Food Preservers conducted 11 pressure canner safety checks and answered numerous questions on food safety and preservation.
