What are the skills and behaviors that children will need to succeed in tomorrow's work world? In many communities throughout the nation, workforce preparation is a major concern. The Wild Over Work curriculum is designed to help volunteers and teachers introduce youth in grades K - 6 to skills and behaviors which will be needed in the workforce of the future. The instructional materials include hands-on experiential activities in career exploration and skill development.

The 100 pages in the Helper's Guide packet contain background information for the helper as well as developmentally appropriate activities for youth.
