Signs and Symptoms of Diabetes
Here is the information from the program this past week. Call the Extension office if you would like a copy of the materials on Eating to Lower the Risk of Diabetes.
Are you always thirsty?
Do you have to go to the bathroom very often?
Do you always feel hungry?
Are your eyes blurry, or do you have trouble seeing?
Is your skin dry?
Do you feel tired and sleepy?
Do your feet tingle or feel numb?
Have you lost weight without trying?
Does anybody in your family have diabetes?
If you answered YES too many of these questions, you might have diabetes. You should schedule a doctor's appointment to discuss these symptoms and let him determine a diagnosis.
