Still Time to Get Discount Rate on Corn and Soybean Classic

Area farmers and those who work in the crop production industry still have time to register for the University of Illinois Corn and Soybean Classic on January 14 at the Rend Lake Resort and Conference Center. The advance registration fee through December 22 is $45. After that date, registration is $60.
This conference offers timely information related to growing corn and soybeans in Illinois, says Dennis Epplin, U of I Extension crop systems educator. The program emphasizes crop production, pest management, and economics–and the interactions among them.

On-site registration starts at 8:30 a.m., and the conference runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
