Additional Comments: Stan echos the sentiments around the Midwest regarding hardwood stumpage trends, "Black walnut and white oak are in high demand."

Additional Comments: Mark reports that the general hardwood market is "poor"; although Mark states that he can still move and sell all species and grades of logs. As most everyone knows, the high fuel costs has made it real tough.
