Onarga is at the intersection of I-57, Hwy 45, and Hwy 54.

Traveling southbound on I-57, take Exit 280 (Hwy. 54 - Onarga exit). At the top of the exit ramp, turn left (east) and cross over the Interstate. Go approximately 1/2 mile. The Extension office is the 2nd business located on the left hand side of the road. There is a large U of I Extension sign out front.

Traveling northbound on I-57, take Exit 280 (Hwy. 54 - Onarga exit). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right (east). Go approximately 1/4 mile. The Extension office is the 2nd business located on the left hand side of the road. There is a large U of I Extension sign out front.

Traveling east on Hwy. 54 (from Gibson City, Melvin, Roberts, and Thawville), follow Hwy 54 east to Onarga. Cross over Interstate 57. Go approximately 1/4 mile. The Extension office is the 2nd business located on the left hand side of the road. There is a large U of I Extension sign out front.

Traveling east on Hwy. 24 (from Forrest, Chatsworth, and Piper City), follow Hwy 24 east to Gilman. Take I-57 southbound from Gilman to Onarga (3 miles) and follow the directions above.

Traveling west on Hwy. 24 (from Watseka, Crescent City, and Gilman), follow Hwy 24 west through Gilman. At the intersection of Hwy 24 and 45 (stop sign), turn right (west) to I-57. Take I-57 southbound from Gilman to Onarga (3 miles) and follow the directions above.

Traveling south on Hwy. 45 follow Hwy 45 south to the 4-way stop in Onarga. (There is a Casey's on the corner.) Turn right (west) on Hwy 54 and cross the railroad tracks. Continue through town. Just before you come to I-57, you will see the large U of I Extension sign on the right side of the road.

Traveling north on Hwy. 45 (from Paxton, Loda, and Buckley), follow Hwy 45 north to the 4-way stop in Onarga. (There is a Casey's on the corner.) Turn left (west) on Hwy 54 and cross the railroad tracks. Continue through town. Just before you come to I-57, you will see the large U of I Extension sign on the right side of the road.
