By laws were reviewed and revised and approved.

The Awards and Recogntion Event was discussed with Shannon agreeing to make the pamphlet for the event. Thanks Shannon. The officers had agreed at the previous meeting to attend the Event with the rest of the group having the option of attending. Because a majority of the group will already be at the Event to either recieve an award or wanting to attend, the next Federation meeting will be held at 4:00pm or following the Fall Awards and Recognition Event on November 9th.

The sign up sheet for committee chairperson(s) and support was passed around. If you were not in attendance at the October meeting, you can sign up at the November meeting.

The committee for the Toys for Tots decided to spend $400.00 and shop at Farm and Fleet on November 22nd. We will start shopping at 9:30am. A contest will be held for those who want to participate in the shopping. Let Deanne know if you want to shop.

The "Keeping IT Green" Event will be held on November 15th at Cissna Park High School, Clifton Central High School, and Big R in Watseka. Coordinators for the event are: Shannon Cleary at Clifton Central, Ashley Nagele and Jacob Taylor at Big R in Watseka, Ella Herges and Ashley Luhman in Cissna Park. A coordinators meeting will be held on November 8th at 8:00am.
