Congrats to our NEW OFFICERS

The 2008-2009 Federation officers were selected at the September 28th meeting. The officers are as follows:

President: Ross Wilken

Vice President: Ashley Luhman

Secretary: Ashely Nagele

Treasurer: Ella Herges

Reporter: Jennessa Rahn

Recreation: Rachal Schall and Clint Morgeson

Notes from within the meeting:

It was decided to give each 4-H youth who attended Allerton Memorial Camp , Fish Camp, and Camp Shaw a 15% reimbursement for his/her attendance.

Each Federation member also chose one Extention committee to be a representative for Federation.

Our fundraisers for the year will be the Sandwich Sales the Food Stand at the Ford county Fair.

Our Community Service will include Toys for Tots, and a Food Drive (4-H CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE).

Our fun event for the county clubs is a ice skating party.

Our next meeting will be held on October 26th at 6:00pm at the Extension office. Everyone is to bring snacks, beverage will be provided.

The 4-H Ford-Iroquois Federation will meet on Sunday, September 28^th for the first meeting of the year which includes the election of officers. Board members, please be on the look out for paperwork concerning elections coming via snail mail. Delegates and Board members are both expected to attend the meeting beginning at 5:00pm. Please call or email Deanne prior to the meeting if you cannot attend.
