• 2008-09 Federation Application
  Please use this application to apply for a position on the Federation Board or to be considered as a delegate. To be eligible to be selected as a board member please return the application by the June 10 deadline. A referral is needed by your club leader.
  
  
• Add/Drop Form
  Use this form to drop or add projects. Projects must be dropped or added by January 6 for livestock projects and April 1 for general projects.
  
  
• Fair Entry Form
  Use this form to enter your 4-H classes. All forms are due to the Extension office by June 10 or postmarked by that date. Please print and submit.
