W.O.W. or Wild Over Work focus on workforce preparation for grades K-6. This is a great curriculum that involves teens and adults helping youth learn more about themselves and their future. Skills that are needed to succeed in the future are taught to the youth in a fun way. Four themes are included in the curriculum:

· Work Around Me (who they are and the things they do)

· Work in My Community (teaching about people and jobs needed to make communities function),

· Work Around The World (teaches similarities, differences and connections they have with work around the world)

· Work in My Future (begin exploring career options and how to prepare). Presented are field trip ideas, connections to parents and family, and snack ideas. This is a great way to get youth thinking about their future.
