Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are hands-on experiences, some of which are suited for classroom while others need to be taught in a Food Lab. Youth learn to prepare nutritious foods for themselves and others. Classes are taught by Extension Food & Nutrition personnel and can be a one-session event or a series of sessions.
