This set of instructional materials promises to sow the seeds of history, science, culture, crafts and nutrition through one of the world's most miraculous plants–corn. Each of the five lessons contains activities about people, their foods, agricultural sciences, songs, and stories. The materials are informative, fun for children and a change from traditional ideas about corn. Family Corn-ers complement the materials so that kids and parents can participate in additional learning experiences at home.
