"Character at Work" applies Character Counts!SM and the Six Pillars of Character to the workplace and may be used as a format for an entire day workshop or for one-hour trainings. Participants acquire and evaluate information, assess their current behaviors, and evaluate choices they are presently making about ethics in the workplace. Activities are aligned with 4-H Youth Development Life Skills and emphasize SCANS competencies and foundation skills.
