R.I.S.K. is a teen pregnancy, STI, and HIV prevention simulation activity that helps youth understand and avoid the risks of sexual behavior. Use of this 50-90 minute activity as part of a comprehensive sex education program so that issues can be followed up in-depth is suggested. Youth simulate characters that deal with abstinence, contraception, drug/alcohol abuse, sexual abuse, and sexual orientation. Guided discussion emphasizes emotions, decision-making, & consequences.
