University of Illinois Extension in collaboration with University Outreach and Extension in Missouri has compiled a list of farmer's markets, roadside stands and pick-your-own farms in the St. Louis Bi-State area entitled, "To Market...To Market." This booklet lists addresses, phone numbers, hours of operation and directions to some of the areas best markets, stands and u-pick farms.
