  LCP is short for Leadership, Citizenship & Professionalism. This award is open to 17-19 year old 4-H'ers (age as of December 1, 2009); each county may forward 2 applications to the state level. Applications are due December 15 to the Illinois Farm Bureau, not the State 4-H Office.
