Project Leaders introduce projects to members and parents. They help members decide on things they want to do for their project work, review progress, and recognize their accomplishments. In addition, they conduct project group workshops, one-on-one teaching, tours and/or field trips. They help members keep necessary records and prepare for exhibits.

Project Exhibit Judges provide learning opporuntities for 4-H'ers through conference judging, a conversation with the 4-H'er about their project and what was learned. Judges decide on awards using pre-determined project standards.

Expansion and Review Committee members serve as an advisory to insure youth throughout the DuPage County have opportunities to experience 4-H.

4-H Foundation members support the 4-H program and its members by conducting fundraisers and promoting 4-H.

Fair Committee members help ensure the success of exhibition events such as Mini Fair and the County Fair. Members review fair books, help with set up, and coordinate decorations for the 4-H Building.

Horse Committee members organize and evaluate the Horse Clinic and Horse Show. Members review the Horse Show rules, serve as superintendents, recruit volunteers and judges, etc.

Dog Committee members plan, coordinate, and evaluate the Dog Training workshops and the County Dog Show.

International Event Committee members plan and organize International Night. They assist with room set-up, program agenda, and evaluation.

Clothing Committee members plan and coordinate the Clothing Judging and Review. Members serve as superintendents of the event, recruit volunteers, help with set-up, suggest potential judges, and evaluate the event.
