4-H and Youth
The goal of the youth development program of the University of Illinois Extension is to assist youth in acquiring knowledge, forming attitudes, and developing essential life skills so that they become caring, confident, and contributing members of their communities and the world.

In DuPage County, youth development programming includes: traditional 4-H clubs, learning enrichment/out-of-school programming, professional development for those working with youth, issues programming, and volunteer development.
