Circle of Friends – Social wellness deals with how you relate to others. It involves your relationships with family, friends, and other people.
Brain Power – Intellectual wellness deals with your ability to use your brain. It involves such things as learning, decision-making, problem solving, imagination, and creativity.
Express Yourself – Emotional wellness deals with your feelings. It involves your self-esteem and your feelings toward others. It also includes how you deal with changes.
Dream On – Spiritual wellness deals with an invisible force within you. For some people, it is a small inner voice. For others, it's a special feeling. Your spirit helps make you the person you are, it's values and what gives meaning to your life.
