Neck coolers for military personnel were made to send to our troops. University of Illinois Extension DeWitt County worked with DeWitt County Home and Community Association (HCEA) to make 303 neck coolers for local military personnel stationed abroad. Mary Rohrscheib HCEA cultural arts chairman, planned the project.
