Johnna B. Jennings is a Unit Educator in 4-H Youth Development for the University of Illinois Extension in DeKalb County.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in agricultural communications from The Ohio State University and a Master of Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Prior to her position with the University of Illinois Extension in DeKalb County she worked as a 4-H Agent with Ohio State Extension for five years.
She is a member of the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents (NAE4-HA) and the Illinois Extension Professionals for Youth Education. She received the Distinguished Service Award from both of these associations in 1998.
Jennings has a strong personal interest in 4-H Youth Development, as she has been involved with 4-H ever since she was 9 years old. Currently Jennings' and her husband Dan are 4-H leaders for DeKalb County. They have two daughters that also participate in the county 4-H program.
