Master Gardeners
The Master Gardener program, sponsored by University of Illinois Extension, provides training for adult volunteers who help disseminate up-to-date, research-based horticulture information to home gardeners.
Master Gardener Help Desk
The Master Gardener Horticulture Help Desk will be open April 14, 2008 to October 17, 2008. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday. Ways to get ahold of the help desk are to stop by at the University of Illinois Extension Office at 1350 W. Prairie Drive, Sycamore; Call 815-758-8194 or email them at dekalb_mg@extension.uiuc.edu. If you have questions about vegetable or flower gardening, insect control, trees & small fruits, integrated pest management, turfgrass care, plant diseases, tree & shrub care, or soils and fertility then contact the Master Gardener Help Desk.
