• County Horse Ownership/Lease Forms
  Horse nomination forms are due into the Extension office by May 1 for 4-H members planning to show in the 4-H Horse Show.
  
  
• State Horse Ownership and Lease Forms
  These forms are due into the County Extension Office by May 1 for all 4-H members (ages 10 and over as of Sept. 1 of the 4-H year) that would like to exhibit at the Illinois State Fair.
