Jacqueline E. Wilson has a strong background in nutrition and wellness education. Prior to Extension, she worked for the Chicago Department of Children and Youth Services Early Head Start/Head Start and Child Care Program as a public health nutritionist/support service coordinator, and has also been a Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Educator in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Ms. Wilson earned her M.S. in dietetic management from Mt. Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a B.S. in home economics-consumer science/dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and an Infant Studies Certificate from Erikson Institute in Chicago. She is a licensed dietitian in the state of Illinois.
