Leonard Parker has 14 years of experience in youth education with eight of those years as a teacher in the Chicago Public School system. His experience also includes serving as Research Specialist for the University of Illinois at Chicago where he helped develop and facilitate curriculum for the "Building Your Life" youth program.
Mr. Parker has a master's degree from Concordia University (Illinois) and a bachelor's degree from Wilberforce University (Ohio). He resides in Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
He brings to his current position a strong enthusiasm for enhancing the quality of life for young people in urban environments.
