The Community Health Team is sponsoring a Putting Yourself First! 2008 Women's Health Symposium for Mothers, Daughters, Sisters and Friends on:

This event will offer women the opportunity to hear experts on stress and weight management as well as engage in a fun physical activity demonstration. Exhibitors will provide information on a variety of topics and will include a cooking demonstration. Health screenings will be provided free of charge. Chair massages will be available to the first 25 participants.
This is an event encouraging women to take time for themselves, therefore, no childcare will be available.
