Food Stamp Education Nutrition Program

The Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program (FSNEP) provides educational opportunities, in the areas of basic nutrition, food safety, and food budgeting, to food stamp-eligible populations. The Cook County/North Suburban Unit serves communities in Cook County, from the La Grange area in the south to the Barrington, Buffalo Grove, and Wheeling area in the north.
