Volunteer at Eckhart Park Gardens
The Eckhart Park gardens are having regular workdays at Eckhart Park every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. throughout this month and are wondering if other Master Gardeners would like to help. The park is at 1331 West Chicago Avenue. We have expanded the gardens and they are looking better, but we need waterers and weeders.
There was a nice thing in this week's TimeOut Chicago magazine about Eckhart Park gardeners with two Master Gardener graduates in the photo.
