Master Gardeners at Ag School

The weather has warmed up this week and with a dash of rain weeds are popping up in our demo gardens at the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences. Creeping charlie continues to be our number one weed problem. Two of our perennial beds were carpeted with the weed.

Nancy and I would like to thank Master Gardeners Sandra Taeuber, Ellen Caffery-Garza, Kathy Maskall, Loretta Koperdak and Charlotte Richards who took time out from their busy schedules the last two days to help with the weeding of the demonstration gardens and also answered gardening questions from the general public.
