The fascination of flying an airplane, launching a rocket, conquering space and becoming an astronaut or pilot will come alive to youth (K-12) as they explore Soaring Above and Beyond, the new Aerospace Adventure series. Through fun and challenging learn-by-doing activities, youth will not only learn about flying kites, hot air balloons, remote control airplanes, gliders and space shuttles, but they will also develop important life skills that will help prepare them for the work place. Each project manual contains 10- 14 different activities that the students can complete in the areas of aviation, space, kites, hot air balloons, weather and aerospace careers.
