Welcome to 4-H in 2009-2010! November's county-wide 4-H event is the Club Officers' Training party hosted by Federation. It is on November 19, 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the 4-H/Extension Center. The more officers from a club attending, the more Club Challenge points for that club. Young officers often do not realize the importance of being an officer, the challenges and the impact of good team work on a well run meeting. We'll explore responsibilities of each office, introduce parliamentary procedure and commission each officer to "Make the Best Better" at their club meetings. Check out the Coles County 4-H Newsletter posted on our web page for more information about 4-H in Coles County.
