· Clay County Extension continues to provides easy access to research-based information through a website.

· Clay County business and service organizations took advantage of customer service training to enhance their businesses and meet the needs of their customers.

· Local government telenets were held at the Clay County Extension office to update those attending on issues such as Orientation for County Officials I & II, Economic Development in Illinois, Entrepreneurial Communities, Business Retention & Expansion, TIF Districts, Legislative Update, and Alternative Energy.
