Tiffany Macke is the Program Manager for Community & Economic Development (CED) Program. Clark County welcomed her to the University of Illinois Extension staff in August 2006. Tiffany has Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University, Master's Degree in Leadership Development from Saint Mary's of the Woods College and over 20 years of experience in public relations/marketing and five years experience in rural downtown economic development with the Marshall Main Street Program.
Tiffany assists Clark County communities, businesses and organizations by enhancing civic engagement, improving the community business climate and developing community based infrastructure and organizations. Her responsibility include: developing areas in leadership, innovation/entrepreneurship, branding and quality connected places.
