Dale Baird

Dale is a crop systems educator with University of Illinois Extension. He holds a master's degree in agronomy and bachelor's degree in agriculture from the University of Illinois.

Baird specializes in field crops focusing on production and pest control. Pest control emphasis includes weed control, soybean cyst nematode management and soybean diseases.

He is an American Society of Agronomy Certified Crop Adviser. He is also a member of the Weed Science Society of America, American Society of Agronomy, National Association of County Agricultural Agents and Illinois Extension Agricultural Association.
